Today, companies and organisations face major challenges: attracting talent, engaging employees, and transforming jobs. But how can they align their development with positive impact goals?
As an HR consultant and professional coach, I support both private sector companies and associations and organisations in the social and solidarity economy (SSE) sector.
My approach integrates human issues into a sustainable and responsible vision.
Sustainable development is a strong conviction at the heart of my activity. I am convinced that human resource management and talent development must be considered in a sustainable, ethical, and inclusive manner.
It is in this spirit that my support aligns with several of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the UN.
Here are the ones my work directly contributes to:
SDG 1 – No Poverty: Securing employment and career paths
By helping individuals better understand their talents and secure their career paths, I indirectly act against precarity.
An employee who is fulfilled, engaged, and aware of their strengths is more likely to envision a stable and sustainable career path.
SDG 4 – Quality Education: Developing skills throughout life
Through my support, I enable employees and managers to develop their skills, anticipate changes in their sector, and better adapt to the evolving job market.
SDG 5 – Gender Equality: Promoting inclusion and self-confidence
Professional inequalities between genders still persist today. Working on self-confidence and valuing talents is an essential lever to help everyone find their place without gender discrimination. Additionally, by relying on Strategic Workforce Planning, companies adopt talent management based on skills rather than biases, promoting greater equity in career advancement.
SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth: Supporting ethical and high-performing work environments
I help companies structure their HR policies to promote employee well-being and better talent retention. Through approaches like Strategic Workforce Planning and CliftonStrengths, companies can create a more motivating environment aligned with their values.
SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure: Supporting companies in their transformation
Companies must continually adapt to economic and technological changes. By helping them anticipate these changes and structure their skills management, I contribute to the implementation of innovative and sustainable HR strategies.
SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities: Proposing inclusive HR policies
I support companies and organisations that wish to adopt a fairer approach to talent management. By identifying each person’s strengths and implementing appropriate HR policies, it is possible to reduce certain professional inequalities and open opportunities for all.
SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production: Integrating sustainable HR practices
Impact companies and those in the SSE sector already integrate sustainable practices into their economic model. My support allows them to go further in line with their commitments by implementing responsible, ethical, and human-centred HR practices.
SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions: Strong values at the heart of the company
A company’s values deeply influence its internal operations. I support organisations in clarifying their mission and values to build a corporate culture aligned with fairer and more responsible governance.
SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals: Creating synergies between companies and impact organisations
By working with actors from different sectors (private companies, SSE, impact startups), I facilitate the dissemination of good HR practices and promote the development of common strategies for a more sustainable future.
Towards a More Sustainable and Human-Centred HR Model
Companies and organisations that integrate these issues into their HR strategy not only prepare for tomorrow’s challenges but also strengthen their attractiveness and impact. As an HR consultant and professional coach, my role is to support this transformation so that it is strategic, human, and sustainable.
If you wish to structure your HR approach by integrating these issues or if you are an impact company seeking tailored support, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Together, let’s build an HR model that makes sense!
