The story behind the name KACHŌWA

The name – ‘Kachōwa’ – is composed of three syllables that echo several Japanese words related to “values”, “potential”, “balance”, and “harmony”.

‘Kachōwa’ embodies a vision that prioritises balance and harmony between two essential pillars within an organisation: processes and people.
