The Values20 (V20) is a global community of value experts and practitioners that actively collaborates with the G20 to integrate values into public policy.Our mission is to deepen the understanding of values within policy-making, providing G20 leaders with evidence-based, human-centric solutions to help tackle global challenges.Since 2023, Houefa Gbaguidi, founder of KACHŌWA, has had the honour of contributing to this movement by drafting advocacy communiqués on leadership. This is a unique opportunity to highlight the importance of leadership that is both rooted in values and action-oriented.
